Species used to derive Hidden Markov model parameters

To estimate the parameter of Hidden Markov model, there are total 357 Bacteria and Archaea species used in our training set.
In order to build a mixture dual model, we further devided them into two sets:
- 38 Archaea species(a) and 319 Bacteria species(b);
- 316 Mesophilic species(m) and 41 Thermophilic species(t), as described in the text.
