FULL LENGTH MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

  • Deadline for manuscript submission: June 1, 2005. (closed)
  • Selected papers will be published in a special issue of Bioinformatics journal (Oxford University Press).
  • Please submit your manuscript to Andrey Rzhetsky, Columbia University by email

    POSTERS SUBMISSION

    Deadline for poster abstract submission: September 30, 2005, extended to October 14. (closed)

    Acceptance notices will be issued by: October 9, 2005 for submissions before Sept 30. (sent)

    A booklet containing the accepted poster abstracts will be available at the conference.

    Posters must be smaller than 8 feet wide by 4 feet high.

    We encourage submissions of posters related but not limited to:

  • Biological networks
  • DNA expression array data analysis
  • Functional genomics
  • Metabolic and gene regulatory networks
  • Systems biology

    Travel awards are available for PhD students and postdocs, please apply at time of submission by having your advisor send a letter of recommendation to .
